• Orders ship 3 weeks from the order date.
• We hand-make every shirt and personalize them for your whole family. Each item will ask you for the relationship or title of the person wearing the shirt. We want your shirts to speak to your hearts!
• We will plug in your recruit's info and can make every design for Parris Island or San Diego.
• This website will automatically apply our promo if you qualify. You will receive 1/2 off a shirt or flag for every 5 regular-priced shirts or flags purchased. You will need to have at least 6 items in the cart for the discount to apply. The discount will apply to the least expensive item. We cannot combine orders, so the promo is per order.
• With all of our merchandise being personalized, all sales are final.

Proofs:

• We will send a proof to the email associated with the order within 72 hours. We will also text the number associated with the order to let you know we sent the proof.
• If you do not receive a proof within 72 hours of placing your order, please email us and let us know.
• The proof will be a Dropbox Sign electronic document, and the title of the email will begin with, "USMC Shirt Proof - Slap-a-Sticker On It Your opportunity to ask for modifications expires in 48 hours.".
• Failure to reply to a proof can result in a cancelled order. We will not fulfill any order that does not have signed proof.

Held Back or Sent Home Recruits: 

Please email us immediately if your recruit is held back or being sent home! (orders@slapasticker.com)

• If we have not shipped the order, we will refund you based on where we are in production. We will deduct any supplies we cannot use on another order from your refund.
• If your order has shipped and your recruit is held back, we will accept your original shirts as a trade-in and only charge you half for the new order if they are mailed back to us and received before the date of the family/grad day that they were made for.  
• If your order has shipped and your recruit is sent home, there is no refund available.  

Deadlines:

We ship shirts 3 weeks from the date ordered. Please allow 5 business days for transit. We highly recommend you order by Training day T38 on the Matrix.

• We try to process ALL orders as quickly as possible.
• We do not guarantee any order to arrive in time for graduation that is placed after T38 on the recruit training matrix.
• The schedule we adhere to allows us time to do a good job and time to remedy any mistakes on either party's part.
• We highly recommend ordering a shirt for anyone who may be attending graduation. We do not offer rush orders, so if you do not, you will need to allow the 3 weeks for processing, just like any other order.
